Anders Forss - President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Forss has a long and solid background in the financial industry since the 1980's. Mr. Forss has among other things worked in the Insurance industry both as an employee in Wasa Forsakring, Sweden and as an independent Insurance broker within the network of Svensk Forsakrings Formedling.

After the Insurance industry Mr. Forss moved on to the Private Banking industry in Switzerland. His first appointment was as Client Relationship Officer with Banque Paribas, and he later moved on to hold the same position in EFG Private Bank. During his years in the Swiss Private Banking Industry Mr. Forss gained a lot of education and practical application of Tax Optimizing, which is the basic function of Swiss banks. He acted as Relationship Officer towards clients from a broad variety of countries with a main focus on Scandinavia and Europe.

In 1999 Mr. Forss joined Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd and their majority owner First Curacao International bank as Senior Vice President and acting manager, a position he held up to his withdrawal from the industry in December 2005. During his tenure at these banks Mr. Forss was the brain behind, and architect of the creation of world leading on - line transaction systems known as Global clearing together with the creation of fully anonymous debit card systems connected to Visa and Mastercard known as Exact Pay. Mr. Forss built the banks business across multiple continents, setting up offices in many jurisdictions, as well as the creation and maintenance of their highly successful global sales & marketing team. In this position Mr. Forss got the chance to both prove and improve his management skills and his skills to build successful business across the world. Mr Forss personally handled employees and clients in different jurisdictions with all that it takes regards of knowledge of ethnical and cultural differences.

Since his retirement from the banking industry Mr. Forss has acted as the President & CEO of Jukana International Sdn. Bhd. working out of their base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Since he joined Jukana, its business has grown extensively and Mr. Forss has helped a big number of clients around the world with First Class Tax Optimization structures.

Besides that Jukana is also involed in Management consultancy and Domiciliation services, a sector in which Jukana and Mr. Forss together with his team has got a chance to prove to clients, the importance of simple and straightforward sales & marketing strategies, laid out with full control of each step. Mr. Forss also get use of his knowledge of what it takes to build successful business around the world, both in Jukana and trough practical hands on advice given to Jukana's clients.

Mr. Forss has a solid educational background in law, economy and financial products obtained both trough education provided by his past and current employers, as well as trough the traditional education system.

Mr. Forss is an active member of MASBA (Malaysian Swedish Business Association as well as a member of other business and trading organizations around the world.
