The fees quoted below are in most cases indicative and may change from case to case A concrete fee quotation is made upon request, and after analyzing your unique requests.

1. Active Management Service covers a minimum of two jurisdictions, the one used for incorporation of the TOM - structure or the jurisdiction of the banking facilities and the one in which the client is resident.
2. Costs vary depending on which jurisdiction that is used and on the requested corporate services. Set-up costs normally include corporate services for one year. Annual costs from year 2 and onwards vary but are normally about €400 - €600 below the start-up fees. Additional running costs usually apply for such facilities as accounting and auditing of annual accounts, secretarial services etc. If a structure already exists, parts of it may be of use, and may lower the set-up .

All fees are invoiced and payable in advance and upon order, and is payable annually thereafter. Due to the complex nature of the service provided fees are not refundable. Work performed in addition to the services described above will be charged at our standard rates applicable to the experience of the personnel performing the work. Special transaction fees may be charged for work of a particularly critical, high value or otherwise exceptional nature. Such time will be invoiced in arrears monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually depending on the volume of work performed.

Hourly rates for additional services:

The above fee schedule excludes disbursements which are invoiced separately. Fees and expenses are quoted and payable in Euros. Fees are subject to monthly review and may change at any time.
